To Rome with style

Last weekend I finally had the opportunity to visit the beautiful city of Rome! The reason being that I was invited to the fashion show of San Andrès, a Milan based label who I have been working with for the past three months. Unlike the show I normally attend during the fashion weeks, this one was a lot more special to me as I realized some of the outfits that went down the runaway… You can imagine how cool it was to see them in motion!

If there is something even more rewarding than doing a job that you like, is to doing a job that you like for someone talented. In this case, Andrès Caballero. Originally from Mexico but based in Milan since over a decade, this sweet “bonhomme” created his first collection 6 years ago and has never looked back since. Sold in Japan, Russia, England and Italy, in his own Milanese boutique, his label kept on growing. I, for my part, really love his combination of earthy tones and spicy colors as well as his use of different textures, mixing the wools with the silks, the crêpes with the furs and so on… A very elegant wardrobe for an even more elegant lady!
